With Jamboree 2012 fast approaching, Gas Motorsport has been busy working hard in preparation for the monstrous event despite the lack of suitable weather for testing and tuning.
The masterminds at Gas Motorsport have already completed several of the cars that will be featured at Jamboree, including a new Scion for their customer Plumbmaster - "This car looks fantastic" says company Director Gary Goodman.
Also completed is Po Tung's Supra street car, the Gas BMW and of course the "sport compact world record" holding Gas Celica - With some upgrades and tweaks to make them faster and more reliable, these cars are always a crowd pleaser as they chase PB's and World Records!
Testing begins in earnest this Friday night at Sydney Dragway where Gas Motorsports will be taking the Scion for a shakedown run.
On Saturday there is a test and Tune, where the team will be taking the Celica on a few passes down the strip.
The following weekend will see all four of the cars out to play at the full ANDRA track championship round at WSID.
So be sure to get yourself out to the ANDRA round as well as Jamboree the following weekend on Saturday, to see Gas and the team chasing new records and flying the Motul flag high with the Celica, BMW, Supra and the R100, RX3 and new Plumbmaster Scion!
"All cars are ready and we can't wait!" - Gas Director Gary Goodman
