Thread: Check out our installations on Prestige vehicles!

  1. #1
    Hello Aussie Exotics members,

We have a lot of customers who own prestige cars across Australia. We also fit out quite a few here in WA. Our equipment is 100% undetectable and the laser defence system is LEGAL to use in all states. To start, have a look at our installation gallery here to see some of the installs we've done on cars like:

    Lamborghini
    Ferrari
    Porsche
    BMW
    Audi
    Jaguar

Have you bought our gear and want your car featured in the install gallery? Send us your pics today!

Interested in saving yourself fines and points? Contact us today to see which gear would be the best for use in your state.

    Best Regards,

    DON'T GET CAUGHT!

So the bel sti is the only one worth getting in NSW?

Is it still undetectable? I heard that the cops were getting an upgraded radar detector detector, is that true?

there are underground movements in most states that install this stuff, legal or not.

Not that I'd know who or where though :tilt:

It's worth noting that the WA government is drafting legislation to ban radar detectors to bring the West in line with other states. What this will mean for our board sponsor, no one knows, but now might be a good time to buy any gear they sell.

Assuming no retrospective legislation, buying a product in anticipation would appear to serve for a relatively short life span as u would expect the constabulary to upgrade their equipment quickly & thereby render the purchase ineffective

    Yr opinion?

Not sure that the state governments would spend a fortune to upgrade their equipment just beacause WA changes legislation as anyone could have purchased this gear from overseas and there are severe penalties in place already for useof this gear in all other states, if the WA legislation changes they will have the biggest problem as one would assume they have the largest number of users to catch.

The legislation will make it illegal to use a prohibited device including devices that were once legal so there is no need for retrospectivity in the legislation.

The police are always improving their gear - as are those who manufacture detectors etc. Sadly, it won't matter soon as we'll all have our movements tracked by GPS anyway. Believe it or not, we are (briefly) living in the golden age of motoring.

Well Bel Sti XR, Bel STi R-PLUS and Escort Redline are 100% undetectable so they are the BEST units for use in NSW. The police RDD's rely on detecting radio frequency leakage which occurs with normal radar detectors while they are scanning police bands. Our undetectable range does not leak ANY RF whatsoever so that means they are undetectable now and into the future!

Yes we've heard this numerous times over the past 20 years... about twice a year to be honest. So far we haven't seen anything. In Perth the police currently changed over all of their mobile cameras to LASER and all of their handheld guns are also LASER so banning radar detectors now is pretty pointless since radar detectors give no advanced warning to laser traps. We also sell laser defence equipment though, a very unique laser parking sensor that is 100% legal in all states. See our laser defence section for more details here:

Looking forward to it andecorp. We have all the gear in stock and own some of the police equipment so we can give real world demonstrations as well.

As you guys know, I am in WA every fortnight to see my kids, and I do a lot of driving. Getting some equipment was a no brainer.

I have to say that Sean (owns DontGetCaught) offered fantastic customer service and really looked after yours truly.

I got the top of the line Redline (supposed to be even better than the new Bell), the laser parking sensors (wireless as I need to move them from rent-a-car to rent-a-car) and the GPS static camera detector.

Already got to test them all in real life situations over the weekend and I am very pleased
