View Full Version : Auzrun 2012 : Destination Grand Prix
Hey guys,
Auzrun 2012 will be taking off next march from the sunny Gold Coast, heading south to Melbourne in time for the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
From the sun and sand of the Gold Coast to the action packed streets of the Formula 1 in Melbourne. 7 Days, 5 Parties, 4 States, 2 Charities, 2 Action packed Formula 1 days and 1 Auzrun track day all spread over 1,900km.
If anyone has any questions, please feel free to send them my way, or to Ross Scutts (Auzrun)
Hopefully some members from here can come along this year.

Hi guys, all info for the 2012 event is up on the Auzrun website now. http://www.auzrun.com/#!__auzrun-2012
I'm really looking forward to this one more than I have the others...
Over the past few events so much has been learned that could only be learned through the experiences of putting on the run; what to do more of, what to do less of, what not to do at all and what our entrants would like to see more of and I think it's be packaged up to deliver a great experience in March.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to leave them here or drop me an email.
Thanks for all the support from the AE crew and users as well, especially Ash and David.
Next year will see the first Balboni on the run and a 911 GTS as well (both from the same person yes)! Very excited!
Will get some better shots of them both shortly!

New Auzrun car is on it's way for the next event.
We haven't decided what the Auzrun car is going to be for the next couple events yet but looking at things like:
- Maserati GrandTurismo
- Audi RS5
- 911 997 Cab
- Jaguar XK
- GTR
*Has to have four seats (the Jag is pushing it...)
We'll be getting the boys at Exotic Kustoms to put something tidy together to wrap the car so if anyone has any suggestions or have seen the above cars with some nice wraps/paint jobs fire away on the suggestions!
